Karyn has significant experience in the employment services industry through her engagement in the Commonwealth Employment Service and subsequent outsourced employment programs, and has proven results in managing multiple sites across a range of programs.

Karyn’s consultancy work focuses on employment programs and has ranged from large urban based to small remote community based organisations. With a passion for finding the missing dollars, Karyn has supported numerous organisations to maximise their revenue through training staff in contract outcomes, and implementing solutions to identified weaknesses in service delivery models. With a commitment for improving both individual and organisational performance, Karyn supports staff development and adopts good practice methodology in contractual compliance monitoring.

When not engaged with an organisation, Karyn can often be found tending to her garden in the cold environs of Tasmania.
